Engineering Methodology & Mathematical Verification Standards

Every interactive simulator published on PIS7.com follows a strict four-stage engineering verification protocol before deployment. We never publish "black-box" estimators: every page exposes its mathematical equation, safety margins, and data refresh date.

1. Primary Source & Standards Alignment

Our formulas are derived directly from primary technical documentation and industry standards:

  • AI & Cloud Benchmarks: vLLM / llama.cpp KV-cache memory equations, IEEE 754 floating-point precision standards, and published pricing tables from OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, RunPod, and Cloudflare (Last synced: 2026-11-02).
  • Financial & Actuarial Models: Standard closed-form annuity amortization equations, Fisher real-interest rate deflation, and venture-capital Gross-Margin Adjusted LTV/CAC definitions.
  • Civil & Thermal Engineering: ACI concrete density norms (2,400 kg/m³), 100%-solids cycloaliphatic epoxy wet-film geometry (1 L/m² per mm), and ASHRAE thermal envelope load heuristics (1,000 BTU/h = 0.293071 kW).
  • Network & Database Systems: RFC 4632 CIDR prefix bitwise arithmetic, AWS/GCP/Azure VPC reserved IP specifications, and PostgreSQL `HeapTupleHeaderData` (23-byte + 4-byte item pointer) page layout documentation.

2. True Localization vs. Word-for-Word Translation

Switching languages on PIS7.com (`/`, `/de/`, `/es/`, `/tr/`) automatically adapts default currency symbols (`$`, `€`, `₺`), realistic local purchasing-power presets, and metric/imperial conversion badges so calculations remain immediately practical in North America, the DACH region, Spain/LATAM, and Turkey.

3. Zero-Server Privacy & Deterministic URL State

All numerical evaluations run deterministically in the client browser via vanilla ECMAScript modules. No financial figures, API volumes, or infrastructure metrics entered into a calculator are ever transmitted to or stored on a backend database.
